Okay so let me just get this out of the way – NO, flexible dieting is not eating while doing yoga! I suppose you could try though…Just be sure you post a pic of you trying it in the comments section! lol
I know there has been a lot of confusion out there with what nutrition plans work…You got IIFYM, carb cycling, refeeding, intermittent fasting. The list goes on and on!
But I wanted to specifically detail out what exacting the philosophy behind flexible dieting is so that you can make an educated decision on if it sounds like a good fit for your lifestyle and goals.
