One of the most difficult things you will encounter when you begin to start tracking your macros with MyFitnessPal is trying to figure out what the heck the macros are for homemade meals.
This video below is going to show you how to take a homemade meal (from anyone in your family, lol) and enter that information into MFP as a custom recipe and serving size so that you can know EXACTLY where you stand in regard to your nutritional targets for the day.
