P90X has become a household name…literally, lol. On any given night after 11:00pm, usually you can find a channel with a P90X infomercial showing. Thats how I found it! When you see that infomercial, the P90X exercises just look like a bunch of push-ups and pull-ups, which there are in the P90X Chest & Back workout, but there is much more to P90X than push-ups and pull-ups…P90X is one of the most comprehensive all-around-fitness programs ever developed and every single one of the P90X exercises serves a purpose.
What I am going to show you guys over my five next posts are what muscle groups each of the P90X exercises target. I am also going to show you how to perform each move with proper form! Here are the muscle groups we will be looking at:
The reason I want to go over all of these P90X moves and muscle groups is because a lot of people want to see what they will be doing before they buy the program. These blog posts that I am doing and the videos to go along with them are going to give people a more in depth preview of P90X and at the same give people a reference to return to so that they can know how to do the P90X exercises right!
In addition to that, a lot of people work on the road and cant do the P90X workouts in their home. Most of their time is spent in hotels! So what these resources are going to provide, are a guide to the P90X exercises, without needing the dvd’s. I guess the simplest solution would be to get the P90X app for your iphone if you are on the road though, lol. Either way…I think this is going to be a great resource for you guys!
So…with that said, lets cover what workouts we will be pulling from to show these moves!
