Body Beast Build Chest & Tris is probably one of the more intense workouts in the Beast’s repertoire of workouts and appropriately sets the standard and pace for future Body Beast workouts! And dont forget though. This is BASICALLY how Sagi opens up the workout, lol

I feel the need to explain the Body Beast equipment that I personally use and why some things are optional. I dont have a weight bench and I dont like sitting on the stability ball for fear of it popping, lol. So I use our living room ottoman. I also dont have an EZ-Curl bar, but you can use dumbbells as well for those moves.
This is 2:45 minutes warmup is quick but it gets the blood pumpin. You do a little fairy jog, then some arm circles, then a serious of different width pushups, and back to your fairy jog.
Single Set > Dumbbell Chest Press
Super Set > Incline Dumbbell Fly/Incline Dumbbell Press
Giant Set > Close Grip Press/Partial Chest Fly/Decline Push-Up
Single Set > Tricep Extension
Super Set > Single Arm Kickback/Tricep Push-Up
Super Set > Dips on Bench/In and Outs
You have a whopping 48 seconds to cool down from blasting two huge muscle groups. Again, I am not sure that this is an adequate amount of time to stretch out the muscles. Spend a bit more time than allotted.
This workout is gunna make you rethink all other chest workout. You should have absolutely nothing left after you finish.
