I am always in the mood for desert! The only problem is that deserts dont usually go hand in hand with getting a six pack, lol. So when I am craving some sort of pudding or creamy deliciousness…this casein protein pumpkin custard seriously hits the spot! Skip the half-and-half and artificial sweeteners and opt for this mixture of protein, spices, and vitamin A-rich pumpkin. It will blow your gourd!
- 2 Scoops – Vanilla Casein Protein Powder
- 2 Cups – Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp imitation vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Slam that into your belly like a BOSS!
