Ham & Egg Muffins

I think one of the greatest inventions on earth is breakfast foods. Like & Share this post if you agree! But one of the problems is that a lot of breakfast foods are packed with simple carbs, nasty fats, and high sugar content. While I would love to down a breakfast sampler platter everyday with eggs, cheese, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, ham, and pancakes with butter and syrup…That just doesnt fit my goals or yours I would imagine if you found your way to this site here, lol.

So how can you satisfy that breakfast food longing with all the taste of an amazing classic breakfast creation…without all the nasty stuff?

  • 1 large Egg
  •  2 Slices Rose Canadian Bacon (Found at Costco or Sams Club)
  •  1/8 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. Whisk one egg and combine with 2 slices (diced) canadian bacon, 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
  2. Add veggies for a Denver omelette style muffin
  3. Coat muffin tin or muffin liners with olive oil or cooking release spray (PAM).
  4. Bake at 375 for approx 25-30 mins, or until set.
