My name is Coach Todd and I am a Diamond level Team Beachbody Coach. I started the RIPPEDCLUB community after having my own success with P90X. I am here to help you set goals, stay focused on those goals, and REACH those goals

I was wondering if it would be okay to to keep my ratios at 50% protein 20% carbs 30% fat during fat shredder phase. I'm trying to keep my carbs under 100 grams a day. 1900 calories a day.

Hey coach Todd, thanks for your encouragement. I am doing T25 for 2 1/2 weeks now and I get highly confused on the meals.. i did look at your nutrition zone. I am eating 1200 cal per day and I use fitnesspal to keep track of what I eat.. can you give some advice pls?

Hey Coach Todd, I'm wondering if working out in the morning or around 6-7 pm. Which do you recommend is better. I am 15 year old teenager and I am doing Focus T25. Please help! By the way, your website RIPPEDCLUB has been very helpful :)

hey same here, i have started and stopped p90x again and again and again and again and again, i currently work for a police agency, and i have gotten extremely fat since my training day. and tried many times again and again and again to get fit and giving up every time. ive been fat for 2 years now, and i stumbled upon this website. I joined the club and added the facebook group and with the support of coach todds video i think this time ill try once more and hopefully my last time i try!

Coach Todd. I had been on Fat shredder 1900 calories. However my macros were off with protein being around 50-55%, Carbs being around 35%, and fat being only 10-15%. I have hit a fat burning wall. Is taking in less fat % preventing me from burning fat as my carbs are higher? Should I switch to a hard 50/30/20. Do I need to reduce calories to 1800? I am 189 and about 11%Bf. I note that my workout numbers are improving each week and I am getting stronger but I need to shred fat. I sent an email to you a couple days ago. Thanks!

Hi Todd I'm about to start another round of p90x. The last time I did it was back in 2010 and have been working with a trainer a few days a week. I currently weigh 210 at 6'1" and would like to get down to 185. Do you offer meal planning as part of your couching? Dave
