The Big Swish

Swish has one of the most all American stories I have read. From three sport athlete to overweight family man. Thats not the end of his story though!!! Shawn, like any real athlete, made a hard comeback for the victory and showed us all what determination looks like! Check out his RIPPED RESULTS transformation!

Shawn’s story in his own words:

My name is Shawn Swisher. I am 32 years old. I am a former high school three sport athlete and a former college football player. I have spent countless hours in tIhe weight room. Life happened.

I married my wonderful wife nine years ago and we have two beautiful daughters.

As my attention turned to family, my workouts began to decline. Eating out became common. Beer and wings were a staple in my diet. In November of 2010 my weight ballooned to 300 pounds for the first time in my life. My waist was 44 inches. I was tired. I was sleeping terribly.

I have been on blood pressure meds for the last 7 years. I was placed on cholesterol medication 2 years ago.

I lost my mom when she was only 31 years old. She was overweight and unhealthy. Here I was, 32 years old, 300 pounds, high blood pressure, high cholesterol…WOW… I was allowing my worst nightmare to come true. I dont want to leave my kids fatherless like I was left motherless.

I had made it through 6 weeks of P90X at the beginning of 2010, but I let myself get lazy. I re-dedicated myself to P90X and eating clean on January 17th, 2011. I signed up with Beach Body and I requested to be coached by Wayne Wyatt after watching his transformation video. I am now on day 51 of P90X. I havent missed a workout and I am eating super clean!!! I now weigh 249 pounds and I am continuing to drop weight. I have lost 6 inches on my waist my cholesterol is now at 185, my blood pressure is currently 125/70 WITH NO MEDS!!! And my energy is at an all time high!!! I am more passionate about my fitness then I have ever been!!! BeachBody, Tony Horton, and Wayne Wyatt have given me renewed hope!!! I will continue to BRING IT everyday!!!
