BODY BEAST is finally here and its time to start preparing for the BODY BEAST CHALLENGE! What Is required to join the BODY BEAST CHALLENGE?

• You must be a member of RIPPEDCLUB. You can become a member by making me (Coach Todd) your FREE Team Beachbody Coach. If you already have a Coach and are not pleased with the support they provide you, you can also switch to make me your coach. • You must purchase BODY BEAST on or before Monday, July 30th in order to have the program in time to participate.
• You must have Shakeology on Auto ship. You can gripe and moan all you want but the fact is, is that Shakeology is foundational to getting THE BEST results. What equipment will I need? – BODY BEAST CHALLENGE

The only equipment that you will be able to utilize for BODY BEAST that is available through teambeachbody.com is the EZ-Curl bar and plate weights. It is my recommendation that you obtain your BODY BEAST equipment from sources other than beachbody so that you can save yourself some cash!

What supplements do I need? – BODY BEAST CHALLENGE

We already discussed the requirement for Shakeology above. Other than that though, you have a few options that I will cover.

I have written a post on supplements that I have used before. They are high quality and I highly recommend them. See my post on BODY BEAST Supplements for more info on what I consider to be essential for success in gaining mass with this program.
