P90X2 Results: Day-30

So phase-1 of my P90X2 journey is complete! I am in week-5 and am using this as a recovery week to prepare for the strength focus in phase-2. You wont notice a lot in the way of muscle gains since phase-1 really focused on core strength, balance, and stability. This is why they call it the foundational phase. You can see some additional definition, but I expect to see great gains at the end of phase-2. So RIPPEDCLUB, here are my P90X2 results for Day-30
