1 whole wheat pancake: 6 -8 inches diameter
1/2 cup: fresh strawberries/blueberries
egg white omelette:
18 tbsp: liquid egg whites
2 jimmy dean turkey sausage links, diced
1 cup: diced spinach
2 tbsp: diced onion
1/4 cup: kraft fat free shredded cheddar
fresh cracked pepper to taste
This breakfast is one my personal favorites and has a great balance of protein, carbs, and fats.
