I havent shared this news here on RIPPEDCLUB.net yet, but the cat is out of the bag on social media 🙂 I am currently participating in the 22 Minute Hard Corp test group. I can only share so much about this journey because of confidentiality agreements, but I CAN share with you what my trips to the grocery store are looking like.

What your going to see below is my grocery list for the 22 Minute Hard Corp nutrition plan. All of the foods are things that you can buy at your local grocery store. We dont go to any specialty health food stores and we dont buy all organic. So most everything you see here is affordable, accessible, and clean! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions!
