Anyone who knows me knows how absolutely addicted I am to Shakeology. I have been drinking it for 9 months now and I still never get tired of it. That right there really says something about the product! So I wanted to share with you guys some of my all time favorite Shakeology recipes (these are how I treat myself!), my morning Shakeology recipe (this is what I drink every single day!), and I also wanted to share with you all an entire library of Shakeology recipes that will keep your taste buds dancing for years to come!

Here is Coach Todd’s Everyday MONEY Recipe! – Shakeology Recipes

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water (optional – I like a lot of Shakeology)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 scoop protein whey (you can add more or less here)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 6-8 ice cubes (or you can add more like me)

 

Breakfast In Under 1 Minute – Shakeology Recipes

If you set your alarm for 5 minutes before you have to leave the house, let me first just say, maybe you should go to bed earlier so you can wake up a tad earlier and not be getting into your car with only one leg in your pants, lol! But if you insist on getting ready in five minutes, then no longer are the toaster strudels your only option…You can have your healthiest meal of the day in just under a minute. Its simple! Just take a shaker cup and poor 8oz of water, skim milk, or almond milk, and mix it with 1 scoop of your Shakeology and BAM! Shake Shake Shake and you have an amazing, delicious meal in under 1 minute. This is by far the fastest of the Shakeology recipes.

 

Coach Todd’s All Time Favorite Shakeology Recipes

These are what I like to think of as my chocolate treats or deserts! Most people have candy and pie, but not this fit guy! I didnt get a six pack by compromising! So here are just a few of my all time favorite Shakeology recipes:

  • Chocolate Pumpkin Pie
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate shakeology
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • ice to taste

This ACTUALLY tastes like a chocolate pumpkin pie!!! No joke! I usually enjoy this recipe around the holidays when everyone else is gorging on pumpkin pie and whipped cream. I say mine tastes even better though!

  • Chocolate Thin Mint
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate shakeology
  • 3-4 drops of mint extract
  • ice to taste

This is one of the most simple Shakeology treats that taste EXACTLY like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie. I have even thought about freezing it and enjoying some chocolate mint Shakeology ice cream! Havent got around to it, so if you do, let me know how you like it!

  • Chocolate Maple Bacon Bar
  • 1 cup unsweetend almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate shakeology
  • 3-4 drops maple extract
  • 1 strip of applewood bacon
  • …..seriously??? Im just kidding!
