P90X2 Fit Test DAY 1

The day has arrived and I couldnt be more pumped to BRING IT AGAIN with P90X2!!! I am mostly looking forward to getting absolutely shredded. For the last 60 days I have been on My Bulking Diet trying to gain muscle mass. I did gain 3lbs but I also gained about 1% body fat which I dont like that much, lol. I knew going into my P90X bulking phase that I would have to gain some fat to put on muscle, but like I said, I am pumped to get back on my fat shredder diet and back into infomercial after photo shape!

Wanted to share with you all my P90X2 fit test results from DAY 1 and then share with you guys what I expect to gain in the next 90 days of P90X2.

HEART RATE MAXIMIZER (2:00 JUMPING JACKS, LAST 30 SEC AT SPRINT PACE):

IMMEDIATELY AFTER: 174BPM

1 MINUTE: 150BPM

2 MINUTE: 132BPM

3 MINUTE: 120BPM

4 MINUTE: 120BPM

DAY 1 MEASUREMENTS:

CHEST: 39″

R. ARM: 12.5″

L. ARM: 12″

WAIST: 34″

HIPS: 40″

R. THIGH: 22″

TOTAL INCHES: 181.5″

WEIGHT: 183LBS

I am hoping to maintain my weight throughout the next 90 days of P90X2 while shedding all excess body fat down to about 6%. Nutritionally, I will be focusing on a 50/30/20 ratio of proteins/carbs/fats to quickly cut up. I am mostly looking forward to making progress in my weak areas like flexibility and balance, so that along with getting absolutely ripped will be my primary goal.
