Hi, I'm on recovery week, which is still more intense than i thought it would be! - Im feeling a bit scared about month 2 next week, any tips out there? Teresa, London.
I would like to ask a question about the Insanity workout. the program has one workout named "pure cardio" but there is only one dvd nane pure cardio and abs, I dont know what to do because the dvd is about a abs workout not a purte caedio as it said in the program.
Awesome info, Todd!! Thanks for the calendar. Insanity is my favorite workout of all time. Everyone should own a copy, seriously.
You are in luck! I just wrote this article a few weeks ago: http://rippedclub.net/workouts/insanity-month-2/ ...Just for you :)
@WandaPerez "pure cardio" and "cardio abs" are separate workouts that you can select on the dvd menu. its 2 different workouts on 1 disc. Make sense? :)
