So you blasted through Focus T25 Alpha & Beta and now you’re looking for the next step in intensity which is Focus T25 Gamma. Most people who move on to Focus T25 Gamma Phase are looking for more muscle building workouts (which is exactly what Gamma is focused on). Before I get into what all Focus T25 Gamma includes…I want to address the question of whether or not you should even move on to the Gamma Phase.
This is an issue that I address in my P90X2 Review, where I talk about when the best time to move onto the next phase is. Similarly, with T25 – whether or not you move onto the Gamma Phase is up to you.
My personal recommendation is that you take a look at your performance through the Alpha and Beta workouts and answer these questions:
Of you answered NO to any number of these questions, then you might want to repeat the Alpha/Beta, or maybe just the Beta Phase. Each phase builds upon the other and Focus T25 Gamma is not going to be any easier than any of the previous phases. In fact…you are going to be adding resistance exercises to your already elevated heart rate, so its actually going to be more difficult.
Use your best judgment…listen to your body…make the BEST choice when it comes to deciding if you are going to move forward to Focus T25 Gamma.
