Body Beast Preview!!!

You spoke and Beachbody listened! If you live under a rock or just hate the internet, then you probably havent heard the buzz about Beachbody’s newest Mass Gain Workout called BODY BEAST! Appropriately named of course. Like I said, Beachbody listened when you spoke up and wanted a fitness program that focused on muscle gains and size. Created by none other than Sagi Kalev, a 2-time Mr. Israel and all around bodybuilding maniac, Sagi has created one of the most advanced in home mass gaining programs…finally! The program is still in development, but the workouts have been recorded and we are looking at a release date of sometime later this year! I am hoping it will be a fall release so we can bulk up during the winter!

I for one am all jacked up about the program and plan on beginning the moment its available! I am most excited to see how Body Beast is going to incorporate mass building routines into a home fitness program. Keep reading below for details on the program! Who Is Sagi Kalev? – BODY BEAST

Sagi Kalev, creator of BODY BEAST, has been a bodybuilder since the age of 16. He credits a four-year tour of duty in the Israeli army with teaching him the discipline, focus, determination, and respect he brings to his bodybuilding training.

Drawing on his education (a degree in physical education from the University of Central Florida with a minor in nutrition), Sagi has written a nutrition plan specifically for the BODY BEAST workout. And his many years of experience in training bodybuilding competitors serve as the foundation for the program itself.

After graduating from college, Sagi pursued a fitness modeling and acting career. He has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions and has won two “Mr. Israel” titles along with a number of others. He’s also appeared on the cover of Men’s Workout, Iron Man, and Muscle & Fitness magazines, and several other publications.

After many years of modeling and entering shows, in 2003 Sagi decided to change his focus to personal training and working with people of all age levels, to help them get healthy and in excellent physical condition.

What gear is needed for the Body Beast workout? I have my gear from p90x but I noticed they use an incline bench for some sets and I don't really want to buy one. I am on day 80 now and was thinking about p90x2 BUT, after 3 months of hearing Tony's voice... EVERY morning... It's like a Love/Hate relationship. I need variety. Would this be a good program to do in between p90x and p90x2 ?? Thanks Todd.

man, im soo hyped for this i've been skinny for so damn long, (im only 15 LOL) but i wanna bulk up i tried p90x and failed of the diet so ultimately failed, then i hit the weights at the gym, and ate MacDonalds for all 5 meals, gained a minor gut and "lovely" love handles lol and now im doing it agian, i want to know how to gain mass with P90X, like do i only to lifting, or cardio like whats the difference other then a calorie surplus of good whole foods, ill appreciated if you can help
