I haven't got the P90X recovery formula yet, but am thinking of getting it. Should I still take the Amino Energy Pre work out? Amino Energy says that you can use it for pre/intra/post workout depending how many scoops you use. Should I just use it or is the Recovery formula the way to go?


Hey Coach, I am taking the Amino energy pre workout, and Aminocore for my BCAA intra workout. I was reading up on glutamine and was wondering if I should take some of that too. But I noticed that it is an ingredient in the Amino energy. I don't want to spend the money on it if I don't need it and am getting a sufficient amount from Amino energy. What are your thoughts?


Coach Todd!!! I am in my first week of p90x so i went in to buy some protein and the guy at gnc swore by the gnc amp wheybolic extreme 60 protein Over the optimum nutrition protein and muscle milk. Any thoughts on it? Ever taken it or heard reviews? Im starting to think i should take it back and go with the optimum protein. Thanks
