Hey Coach. Its me David Vedder. ok here a good question. So My day starts at 7am taking care of my 3 y/o. Alot of running around grocery shopping, exercise,dr. appt
busy day. Then I'm off to work at 6 p and off at 6 am. Should I eat more or just stick to 5 meals a day? 23 hr day. Small cat naps at work.
so about the calories!! in the first week in T25 it give like 1100 cals per day should i follow it or stay with 1900
