@rmac1968 #1- show up every day no matter what time it is, whether it's 5:00 am or 11:00 pm...or even working out on your lunch break (i've done that a time or 20), #2- if you stumble, focus on the "next right" decision, we are faced with many decisions throughout the day...if you eat that cookie or drink that milkshake don't let it totally derail your entire day, get back on track the next meal or snack. #3- reach out to those who have gone before you and gotten the results, this site (especially facebook) is littered with resources at your disposal, don't be afraid to reach out to any of us for advice, motivation, or a good swift kick in the pants.  Hope this helps, Alex.
