Healthy Halloween Candy

I am talkin about THE REAL STUFF here…Not some substitute for candy! I know that many of you (Heck, even myself) might slip your hand into the candy dish tonight or maybe even “manage” how much your kids eat.

RIPPEDCLUB isnt about “dont eat this, dont eat that”…its about staying focused on your goals! So I wanted to post my choices for the BEST “Healthy Halloween Candy” out there so that you can enjoy the holiday by not feeling so restricted.

But before you go thinkin that I just gave you an all out pass to pig out…I did not! LOL, I know how you think, cuz I think the same way!

Healthy Halloween Candy Tips:

#1 – Fit it into your macros! – It really is that simple…make it fit into your daily targets for proteins/carbs/fats. If you go over on your fats, try and stay under on your carb intake.

#2 – Moderation! – The candy that I have “approved” as a healthy halloween candy is a good choice ONLY if done in moderation. Dont overdo it.

#3 – If you cant eat the candy in moderation…dont eat it! Plain and simple…if the temptation is too strong and you KNOW that you have a tendency to over-indulge…just stay away from it completely! Choose a protein bar or fruit for a snack and that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
