You Reap What You Sow

We have all heard it said that you reap what you sow.  That there is a season for planting and a season for harvesting.  Therefore, regardless of your health and fitness goals, if you were not planting in the spring, you will not reap the rewards in the fall!  Your results are ALWAYS in direct proportion to your previous efforts.

I see so many people that get frusterated with their health, their weight, their physical abilities, but never really COMMIT to a lifestyle change that will lead them to their desired results.  If you want to be a millionaire, do what millionaires do.  If you want to run a a marathon, train like a marathon runner.  If you want to get RIPPED…Do what I am doing…P90X and a committment to your nutrition!  After seeing my coache’s results, I knew that if I wanted to get ripped, then I need to do what he did.  No more skipping workouts, and no more cheat meals!  Becoming a millionaire is not easy and neither is getting into the greatest shape you have ever been in. 

What you need to decide for yourself is whether or not the results you want are WORTH the committment neccessary to get there.  Is it worth going to bed on time and waking up early for a workout.  Is it worth watching a little less TV and spending some time planning out your meals.  Is it worth not having desert and knowing you just conquered that desire.  You CAN make the right choices and you CAN get CRAZY RESULTS!!!  But is it worth crazy effort? 

This is where many shy away.  I want to challenge the RIPPEDCLUB community to REAP WHAT YOU SOW.  Sow your seeds of disciplined exercise, PUSH PLAY EVERY DAY!  Sow your seeds of committment to nutrition!  Reap the harvest of results!!!  Will it be difficult? Yes…Will you want to quit?
