Merry Christmas RIPPEDCLUB!

Hey gang!

I just wanted to post this quick message to tell you how proud I am of you all! The Christmas season really puts things into perspective for me and thats always a good thing…priorities can get out of wack throughout the year and now is the time to bring it all back together.

YOU GUYS are the reason I am able to keep pressing play… YOU are the reason I am so convicted about my own nutrition… YOU guys are literally what keeps me motivated. I want to show people that its possible to change and YOU hold me accountable to that. And for that I appreciate you so much!

From the bottom of my heart, I love you guys and I hope that this Christmas as you spend time with friends and family, that you can be filled with a joy that surpasses understanding!
