I am always looking for ways to pump up my team and give you guys the best opportunity for success possible.  While browsing the web, I came across this locker-room-game-time speech.  I got goosebumps listening to this guy!  This has to be one of the most MOTIVATIONAL speeches I have ever heard that wasnt from the pulpit.
